Herb Roasted Chilean Sea Bass with spinach and garlic flan, crisp parsnip
ribbons and roasted plum tomato sauce
or
Grilled Filet Mignon with fried yucca, steamed vegetable (to be decided),
mushroom jus and potato wafer garnish

Wedding Cake served with a chocolate cup filled with vanilla Haagen Dazs
and fresh berries
On each table will be platters of:

Gourmet French cookies
Chocolate truffles
